Will pitched at Columbia University, serving as a de facto pitching coach when he recovered from injury in his senior year. A nominee for Stopper of the Year from the NCBWA, he was an All-Conference closer for Lions, helping the team to win two Ivy League conference titles. He is developing statistical models for Paradigm Player Development Solutions, building analytical models to help players succeed.
